You can tell that even though it is an American all-you-can-eat style place, they do put time and effort into making beautiful, delicious sushi. If you're not a fan of raw meats, they have a large number of fully cooked sushi types for your enjoyment.

This place is a fantastic place to grab some sushi, especially if you're not sure what you like. The buffet style allows you to try a variety of things without having to commit to an entire roll. They offer a great number of sushi types, a small Hibachi type grill, and a few traditional American-Chinese options.

Prices are reasonable, especially at lunch.

It's a very nice little sushi buffet. Clean, good service. I recommend going for a week day lunch as the price is much lower and it's pretty much the same food options as the dinner and weekend buffets.

They have hibachi, a small but tasty selection of hot food, a long counter of sushi, and a small cold section with seaweed, peel and eat shrimp and fruit.

I'm always hesitant to try sushi at a buffet, never matches quality or taste of a proper sushi spot. I was cautiously optimistic trying Tokyo One but happy to say I'm pleasantly surprised and even more so for the weekend/dinner addition of the hibachi grill. Weekday lunch menu has a good variety of sushi rolls, cooked fare, fruit, and desserts ($10 all you can eat) - dinner/weekend addition of the hibachi for $15 all you can eat makes Tokyo One the ideal spot to stuff your face. It is easy to spend $15 for just two rolls at the other local sushi places but none can beat all you can eat. Happy hour at Sushi-don is the best quality for the price in the area but Tokyo One offers all the more food. It is a nice relaxed (budget atmosphere but food makes up for it) experience too with smart location, easy to get into and park, and fun variety of sushi, hibachi, and fresh (enough) ingredients, haven't ever had to wait to get a table. I highly recommend and definitely want the shrimp at the hibachi bar to be a permanent thing.

Quick, friendly, and amazing service! My first time and will not be my last! I asked about their vegetarian options and they did not have very many but quickly worked with me to make me something I would enjoy. Service like this is what I look for while dining out and I was very appreciative of their effort to make sure I enjoyed my meal.

The food was really good. You can tell they're just starting and are making the best with what they have, meaning the furniture and decoration, but I'm willing to keep supporting them until they thrive. The staff's personality isn't the typical bubbly personality you find at other places but they're friendly.
